Ok so I got a call today from Jason asking me what can be done with the blog to clean up all the spam (junk posts). The good news is that our blog site had a new software version available that is supposed to stop future spam from being posted without much intervention (by me). After spending the better part of 2 hours trying to clean up the 84,000 some odd spam comments, (with Jason's consent) I decided it was time to go through and clean the whole blog up. Yes, that means all the old content is gone unfortunately. However, IF you really want the text of a particular post, please let me know as I can recover the old blog content with a little work. SO...let's "let old things be forgotten!" It's time to look to the future.
To anyone with Wrens Church of God who sees this post: Please post a comment regardless of what it is, even if it's just to say, "Hi!" I need some valid comment attempts in order to test the spam prevention engine and to get things setup just right! If you run into any comments, please stop me at church and let me know.
Also, if anyone has other blogs that you read and would like to see links to those blogs here, please let me know this too.
